As I have written before Calvin has been in Speech Therapy for a year now with Jean Sullivan from Early Intervention. I have to write that the other day he pointed to the cat and said, "ca" really loudly and then pointed to the dog and said, "dog." He has NEVER said these words before and it was amazing to hear. We tried to get him to say it again and he wouldn't.
Today Lindsay was showing him a statue of Jesus and she asked him to say, "Jesus" and he said it! It was so cute. Again, he would not say it after the one time, but it is progress.
Lately he has found a new hiding spot, behind the curtain in the dining room. He goes there when he is being naughty or when he is trying to hide something behind his back. We have found him hiding a piece of tile, butter knifes, lots of candy that he finds in his sisters room, pens and markers because he loves to write on the walls and scissors. This boy is adorable but definitely keeps me on my toes.
